🌟Simplicity🌟

In class this week we have been focusing on simplicity.  So, in our asana practise we took it back to basics, the breath, Inhale – pause – exhale – pause. Keeping our practise simple, clear on how we can move and not over complicating the pose we can breathe easily and feel the benefits.

Similarly, in life we can choose whether we want to live simply or with many variations. When we keep our actions simple, to what we value our lives can be stress free, relaxed and content. We can still strive for our goals by moving at a pace that suits us, one step at a time. When we live like this life is simple, life is relaxed, life is good

Break down your actions into simple steps and do what really matters.
