Classes

I offer online and in-person classes across a number of venues which are suitable for all abilities.  

Each class is structured around a theme and comprise elements of movement, breath and relaxation. My classes are tailored to your individual needs and through my many years of experience I can offer modifications to help you achieve a great practice.
