What to Expect in Our Kids & Teens Classes
Our sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of kids and teens. Classes include physical poses, breathing techniques, and creative mindfulness activities to keep young yogis engaged and excited. The atmosphere is lighthearted and inclusive – no prior yoga experience needed!

Schedule: Term time only, Friday 16.30 – 17.15
